Our method is based on real communication, with classes in small groups organised by level after an initial assessment. Each session combines practical tasks and group dynamics with clear objectives that ensure students’ progress.

These experiences serve as an extension of the class and reinforce what has been learned. At the end, each student receives a certificate of attendance and achievement.
Terms and conditions
To ensure clear organisation and no surprises, we have general terms and conditions governing payments, group management and the services included. Below is a summary of the most important points:
Payments and deadlines: a 20% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the balance due at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Group sizes: prices are calculated based on the number of confirmed students and accompanying teachers.
Cancellations and changes: different conditions apply depending on when they occur, with set deadlines for modifications at no cost.
Insurance and documentation: each participant must have valid medical and travel insurance, as well as the necessary documentation (ID card, passport or visa if required).

How do I request a quote?
What does the programme include?
Spanish classes, accommodation with host families, residences or hotels, cultural activities, excursions, airport transfers, 24/7 support and a final diploma.
How are the classes organised?
Do accompanying teachers participate in the activities?
Yes, they can join the educational trips and are provided with materials that connect what they have learnt in class with the cultural experience.
Where do the students stay?
In selected host families, residences or hotels. Accommodation rules and room allocation are always provided prior to arrival.
Who will pick up the group at the airport?
A Proyecto Español teacher will be waiting at the exit to accompany the group on a private bus to their accommodation.
What happens if a flight is delayed or changed?
We will reschedule the transfer; in some cases, an additional charge may apply, depending on the time and availability.
How are students supervised during the programme?
There is a leisure and culture coordinator who provides daily updates on activities and reminds participants of practical details (clothing, picnic, necessary equipment). In addition, the centre maintains direct contact with accompanying teachers.
What happens in an emergency?
You will have a 24/7 contact telephone number and the support of the school staff at all times.
What do students receive at the end of the course?
Everyone completes a satisfaction survey and receives a certificate of participation. In addition, one week later, we send the teacher access to the photos, the material worked on, and an individual academic report for each student.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the balance payable two weeks prior to arrival. There are deadlines for changes and cancellations without charge, as detailed in the terms and conditions.
